What is Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, holistic healing practice that originated in Japan and focuses on channelling universal life energy through the hands of a practitioner to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By lightly placing hands on or near the body, helping to balance energy flow, which can alleviate stress, reduce pain, and foster a sense of deep relaxation and inner peace.  Offering a safe and nurturing environment for personal growth and self-care.​​

What is Crystal Healing

Crystal healing involves placing specific crystals on or near the chakras to facilitate energy balance and promote well-being. Each of the seven primary chakras aligns with particular crystals that resonate with their energy frequencies. Each crystal selection is intended to channel and amplify the unique energies of its respective chakra, fostering a holistic approach to physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
