About me

I discovered yoga while working in London over 20 years ago. I loved the way it made me feel after class, so grounded, content and no more back and neck pain from sitting so long in my corporate office job.

After my 460hr yearlong training in Sydney, I had fallen in love with slow breath-based yoga and restorative yoga. As a working mother of two boys & a wife, I really cherished my selfcare time out to practice daily pranayama (breath) yoga asana (poses) and meditation to calm my busy mind and nervous system.

For me, yoga is about the balance between yin & yang styles of yoga as each week we alternate between the two styles to create harmony, strength, flexibility & mobility in the physical body. While dropping into a moving mediation, experiencing a mindful practise, escaping the outside world in a calming sanctuary.

Haven't been able to stop studying since...
