Meridian based yoga therapy exercises mixed with traditional yoga poses, specifically target

issues such as stress, anxiety, digestion & depression.

Welcoming, safe, non-competitive, non-judgmental environment, so teens can simply be themselves.

Non-religious, 5,000-year-old practice, focusing on awareness of self, body, mind & emotions,

No experience needed for our 60min Teen yoga classes.
