Aromatic - In a diffuser or breath in from the bottle

Topical - Apply bottoms of feet or to specific areas for targeted benefits (recommended with a carrier oil, such as Fractionated Coconut Oil)

Internal - In water or food or under your tongue is straight into your bloodstream affecting the whole body.

Always make sure to check if your oil is safe for internal use. Some oils such as Oregano cannot be used internally as they can burn.

Reach out if you are unsure, oils are very powerful and potent and generally 1 drop for internal use is more than enough.

Purity & Testing

The Essential Oil Industry is unregulated, his means anyone can say their oils are 100% pure. Products can be full of synthetic fragrance, petroleum and other nasty chemicals.

Many people will say lavender oil gives them a headache but when they try DōTERRA it doesn't. It is the synthetic chemicals that cause the headache.

Every oil bottle has an ID on the bottom and you can go to the Source to You website and type in the ID and you can find a complete analysis of that batch of oil.

If DōTERRA finds any impurities in a batch of oil it will never make it to market. A few years ago they found impurities in a batch of Bergamot and Bergamot oil was unavailable for a while as DōTERRA operated with full integrity.
