"Yanada Retreat" is located in the McDonald Valley 2km outside of the historic village of St Albans, 90mins from Cherrybrook, via Wisemans Ferry.

* 7am Hatha Yoga & Silent Meditation nature walk

Booking details -
Three day retreat, including 2 nights accommodation all meals breakfast, lunch and dinner, tea/coffee/chai/water morning and afternoon tea. As well as opening & closing circles, yoga classes, mediations, breath work, sound healing immersions & workshops.
Massage treatments are extra - 60mins $120 or 90mins $180.
