What is a women’s circle?
For centuries, women have gathered in spaces to connect, share and reflect on experiences, supporting one another to reconnect with themselves and garner their collective wisdom.
A ritual steeped in history and meaning, Women’s Circles offer much-needed relief from the 9-5 ‘hustle’ our society values so dearly. A sacred space, free from judgement, where women can explore the depths of themselves and feel that their hopes, dreams and fears are heard and seen.
Through our Women’s Circle Facilitator training, you will be empowered with the knowledge, tools and confidence you need to lead the ancient feminine practice and hold a space for others to realise their own divine power.

Connection
Lockdowns and the resulting social impacts are difficult to navigate. Social groups have been broken while everyone stays home with family and isolation has become the norm. But when the world finally rights itself, we’ll all be looking to find new connections, and strengthen old ones.
Joining a women’s circle is a meaningful way to bond with other women, no matter their age or background. Each woman’s journey is unique. A women’s circle celebrates where you are and where you want to go. And it also helps you process your past.
There are many mental and physical benefits that come from gathering with women in a non-judgemental, loving space. Here we’ll explore just a few of the reasons why a women’s circle is an excellent way to break through the isolation and reconnect with your health.



Self discovery
Weaving themes through our classes which may include exploring emotions, kindness to ourselves and others, gratitude for the little things and our amazing bodies.
Classes are fun and engaging, encouraging connection and self-awareness.
Mindful / Meditation
This maybe the most important part of class, time to still those busy minds to find inner peace. Depending on age may include, a body scan, mindful meditation or relaxation.
